Bay Lakes at Granada-located surrounding Lake Sloat and Lake Tucker.Home Prices range from low $200s-$300,000+ (short-sales can be found in the high $100s). Bay Lakes at Granada is a secluded established neighborhood ideally located within walking distance to shopping, and dinning at restaurant row. Bay Lake at Granada offers 3 and 4 bedroom single family homes with larger than normal lot sizes built around 1979-1985. Homes range from 1533 to 2776 square feet. The neighborhood is made up of a little over 100 single family homes.
Bay Park -Located west of Dr. Phillips Blvd. and north of Palm Lake Dr.Home Prices Range from $450,000-$600,000 . Beautiful homes on large lots Bay Park features 4 and 5 bedroom single family. All within walking distance of Palm Lake Elementary School and at the heart of Dr. Phillips. Homes built 1989-1995, most have pools and range 2344 to 3215+ square feet.
Bay Ridge - Located on Apopka-Vineland and north of Sand Lake Road.Homes in the $200s - Bay Ridge subdivision offers a unique concept know as land condo. The subdivision is comprised of detached homes and features a community pool with 2 gated entrances. Homes were built between 1993-1997, have 2, 3 to 4 bedrooms and range from 1631 to 2580 sq/ft.
Bay Vista Estates -Located west on the southern tip of Big Sand Lake, off Apopka Vineland Rd - and north of Darlene Dr. Homes from: $220,000-$1,600,000. The community of Bay Vista estates enjoys deeded lake access, community tennis courts, a boat ramp and park.
