The town of Celebration was created with several different neighborhoods called Villages. Each village offers its own unique character.
Main Village
The Main Village was the first Village built in Celebration. This area has 351 home sites, which includes the downtown area. Single family homes, as well as Townhouses and Condominiums are walking distance to the K-8 school, Stetson University, banks, post office, restaurants and shops. The living quarters above the Market Street area were recently converted from apartments to Condominiums. The downtown area also features a large heated pool at Lakeside Park, basketball court, lighted tennis courts, playground, and a volunteer library. New to the Main Village are the Carlyle Residences with townhouses and condominiums to be completed some time in 2006-2007. The Main Village include easy walking distance to all downtown areas and events.
West Village
West village is near the Main Village and borders the Celebration Golf Course and the Celebration K-8 School. It has 95 homes and has a mixture of Cottage, Village and Estate homes. A plus to living in the West Village may include the close proximity to the downtown area and close walking distance to the school.
Lake Evalyn
Lake Evalyn is located just past the downtown area. With only 59 homes, this is the smallest Village. Mostly made up of garden homes, this area is home to a beautiful pristine Lake, surrounded by lighted walking trails connecting to the downtown area. Qualities of living in Lake Evalyn include zero lot line boundaries, beautiful small yards, and quaint narrow streets. Its close proximity to the downtown area, charming New England style homes, walking trails and quiet retreat-like setting make this a wonderful place.
North Village
North Village is the closest Village near highways 192 and 417. This Village has become the best kept secret of Celebration. Although its location is close to 192 area attractions, this Village has many outstanding features. Due to its location, this village is quiet and does not have the tourist traffic. It also features a neighborhood pool, park, pavilion, sand volleyball courts and a playground. The styles of homes vary and include Condominiums, Townhouses, Garden, Cottage, Village, Estate and Manor Homes. There is easy access to I-4, 417 (Toll Road leading to the Orlando International Airport; a 15-20 minute drive) and 192.
South Village
South Village is located about 1.5 miles from the downtown area and has 552 homes. Many features make this Village a very desirable neighborhood. Spring Park is one of the largest parks within Celebration. It features a large pool, soccer fields, playgrounds, a Town Meeting Hall (residents can lease this Hall for a nominal fee for wedding receptions, meeting and parties) and conservation area. The styles of homes vary with Condominiums,Townhouses, Bungalows, Cottage, Village, Estate and Manor homes.
